A rare case of rhinosporidiosis extending upto oropharynx

Abstract Rhinosporidiosis is a chronic granulomatous disease caused by Rhinosporidium seeberi, commonly affecting the nasal cavity and nasopharynx. Extension into the oropharynx is rare. We report a rare case of rhinosporidiosis with involvement of the nasal cavity, nasopharynx, and extension into the oropharynx. Diagnosis was confirmed by histopathology. The lesion was managed surgically with endoscopic excision followed by Dapsone therapy.
