ICT and mobile ICT in preschool : between public policies and practical reality. Which impact on teaching practices of preschool teachers ? Provincial Direction of Agadir Ida Outanane case (Morocco)

Abstract This paper aims to make a presentation of the overall context about the debate sparked by the introduction of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in preschool educational institutions, especially regarding teaching practices. And so, our question problem is : which impact for the use of ICT and / or mobile ICT in preschhool on teaching practices of preschool teachers in Moroc ?
To better situate our research problem, we conducted an exploratory quantitative survey in (public and private) preschhol institutions at the level of the Provincial Direction of Agadir Ida Outanane.
