Abstract Azetidinone analogs, characterized by their strained β-lactam ring, represent a key class of heterocycles with wide therapeutic applications, particularly in oncology. A few benzothiazole-conjugated azetidinone compounds were logically, synthesized, and tested for their anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and antibacterial properties in this study.
