| Abstract | This paper traces the statutory evolution analyses the present legal position and uses landmark supreme court decision to evaluate whether and how unregistered electronic agreement to sell can operate in litigation either as contractual proof or as a possessory defence.It concludes with recommendation for transactional compliance evidentiary best practices and policy reforms aligned with digital governance. |
