The Inner Framework of Personality: Pañca-Kośa, Guṇas, and Antaḥkaraṇa in Dialogue with Cognitive Neuroscience

Abstract This study explains personality by combining Western psychology and Indian yogic philosophy.
It shows that personality is not just traits or behavior but a growth of awareness and inner balance through body, mind, and consciousness: Pañca-Kośa, Triguṇa, and Antaḥkaraṇa.
Yoga is presented as a practical path for personality development and inner transformation.
