Abstract This study examines the impact of public libraries on students’ academic achievement and digital literacy in Andhra Pradesh, India. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining survey data from student library users with interviews conducted among librarians. The study analyzed patterns of library use, access to digital resources, and educational outcomes. The study highlights public libraries as inclusive learning environments that complement formal education and promote digital inclusion.
