| Abstract | Recruitment industry is no exception, where complexity is involved with the increasing number of candidates and recruiters, and traditional internet-based recruitment systems have their limitations, such as low scalability, slow response time, and inefficient selection mechanisms. In this context, this manuscript aims to design an efficient recruitment system using cloud computing technologies provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS). The system will allow recruiters and candidates to interact in a direct manner, eliminating intermediaries in the recruitment industry. The system is built with the Python programming language, using the Django framework, and MySQL as the backend database. The system will use AWS services for improving the speed, scalability, and reliability of the recruitment system, and experimental results have validated its efficiency. |
