The Influence of Classroom Management, School Climate, Intrinsic Rewards, and Transformational Leadership of School Heads on Teaching for Creativity of Public-School Teachers: A Prediction Model

Abstract The purpose of this research is to develop a predictive model for teaching for creativity of public-school teachers in Region XI, Philippines, by examining the effects of classroom management, school climate, intrinsic rewards, and transformational leadership of school heads. The survey questionnaires used in this study were adapted to suit the regional school context and were administered to 400 public school teachers. This study employed a quantitative, non-experimental approach, and the data were analyzed using weighted mean, Pearson r, and regression analysis The study recommended further exploration into the influence of school climate, intrinsic rewards, and transformational leadership on teaching for creativity in public schools. This research aligns with Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4, which promotes quality education; SDG 8, which supports decent work and economic growth for all; and SDG 16, which emphasizes peace, justice, and strong institutions, particularly through effective transformational leadership of school heads.
