| Abstract | Brain fog is a term that is often used to describe the experience of forgetfulness, mental exhaustion and problems with concentration, particularly in women during their reproductive years. However, the findings of research studies have been inconsistent and the topic is yet to be explored in the Indian scenario. While some studies have revealed changes in cognitive functions during pregnancy and menopause others have found no change, leaving a mismatch between research findings and women’s experiences. The purpose of this study was to examine the understanding and experience of brain fog among Indian women. |
