| Abstract | The transition toward hybrid work models has become a defining characteristic of the modern corporate landscape, significantly impacting how organizational success is measured through employee performance. This dissertation investigates the impact of hybrid work environments on the productivity of employees within small businesses, where operational efficiency and resource management are critical. A healthy hybrid workplace is defined as a setting that provides physical comfort, mental security, and social support across both remote and in-office dimensions. Utilizing a descriptive research design and a mixed-method approach—incorporating structured questionnaires and informal discussions—this study examines key performance drivers such as leadership support, digital communication systems, and work-life balance policies. The research analyzes employee perceptions of flexibility and workplace stress to determine how these factors influence task completion and service quality. Ultimately, the study concludes that small businesses that invest in supportive leadership and clear communication channels are better positioned to reduce operational errors and enhance long-term organizational success. |
