Abstract	Innovation means new idea, new thing or object etc. Here, teaching learning innovation means the process of coming up with new ideas, theories, principles, collaboration and solution that can be shared in the classroom among students. Innovation and Creativity is the best way and techniques used in effective teaching learning process. We know that innovation and creativity are two different words but both are interrelated and connected to each other, because creativity is an essential part of innovation. Teaching creativity means creativity efforts done by the teacher to bring out the innovation in classroom. It is necessary for good and experienced universities or colleges’ institutional faculties should come out from the traditional way of teaching and learning. Further, teacher should be innovative in findings ways to enhance the knowledge and skill of the student community, because it is the responsibilities of an ideal teacher. Teachers are central to the transformation of the education system, which mandates a shift from rote learning to more holistic and flexible teaching methodologies. The redesign focuses on adjusting to global trends by integrating 21st-century skills and technology into the classroom (New Educational Policy, 2020). In the classroom situation, teaching learning process can be more effective, innovative and creative, when teacher uses media-mix strategy (using appropriate teaching method and aids). Assignment and presentation mode should be considered by the teacher for advancement of teaching learning process. Now a day, ICTs play vital role for advancement and improvement of educational process. Modern technologies i.e. Computer Based Teaching (Web or Portal based teaching) and Power Point Presentation etc e-learning facilities should be create by teaching department for changing the style of teaching, advancement and improvement of their teaching institution. Time to time, organizing workshop, brainstorming, group activities, training programme and field tour can also be effective or good method for creating interest and full participation of students.
