| Abstract | Digital transformation has become a crucial element in modern education systems across the world. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) play a vital role in enhancing teaching, learning, and administrative processes. The National Education Policy 2020 emphasizes the integration of technology in education to improve accessibility, quality, and equity. This paper explores the significance of ICT in transforming the education system in India under NEP 2020. It highlights the role of digital platforms, online learning tools, teacher training, and technological infrastructure in achieving quality education. The study also discusses the challenges and opportunities associated with ICT integration in education. The findings suggest that effective implementation of ICT tools can promote innovative teaching methods, increase student engagement, and create an inclusive and flexible learning environment. |
