| Abstract | Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly transforming educational systems by enabling adaptive, personalized, and data-driven learning environments. While AI has demonstrated significant potential in improving academic outcomes, its role in fostering holistic development—encompassing cognitive, emotional, social, and ethical dimensions—remains a critical area of inquiry. This paper examines the integration of AI in education through a humanistic lens, emphasizing the importance of aligning technological advancements with human values such as empathy, inclusivity, and ethical responsibility. Using a conceptual and analytical approach supported by recent empirical studies, the paper highlights how AI tools can contribute to comprehensive learner development. It also discusses challenges such as ethical concerns, data privacy, and the risk of dehumanization. The study proposes a human-centered framework for AI integration that balances technological efficiency with emotional and moral growth. The findings suggest that AI, when guided by humanistic principles, can enhance holistic development and redefine the future of education. |
