| Abstract | The economic advisory involving artificial Intelligence (AI) has enhanced automation and predictive analytics in investment systems in a dramatic manner. But the highest level of AI-informed advisory setups remain black and transactional, providing subdued school fees to novice clients. This transparency has been called to generate large moral and rational problems, which lead to the suboptimal economic information and decision-making in even those with stable or high income. In this paper, an XAI-based architecture has been provided of an ingenious monetary advice platform that considers economic literacy as an intermediate goal and not a second-order outcome. The framework incorporates person based financial profiling, rule based total economic feasibility assessment and data-learning-based funding advice combined with put- up-hoc explainability processes to ensure that the transparency and learning based decision support by focusing on interpretability and self-directed literacy as a lifelong learning is maintained. The paper provides the info about the machine structure and design purpose, as well as a review of the educative and recommendation potential of the framework, based on existing literature on XAI and AI- driven financial advisory. |
