Abstract The study aimed to assess the impact of natural factors on disease prevalence in Edduiem locality, White Nile State, Sudan. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing observation and interviews. Data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient. The study found that the locality's location places it within the range of tropical diseases such as malaria, schistosomiasis, typhoid, and diarrhea, with a disease prevalence rate of 95.3%. Malaria is endemic and prevalent throughout the year, with infection rates increasing during the autumn season. The correlation between rainfall and diarrhea was found to be 0.77%. The study recommended that relevant authorities activate vector control measures, provide financial support for disease control, and prioritize drainage during the autumn season and activating the role of health education to raise citizens' awareness of the dangers of handling contaminated water in order to reduce the incidence of these diseases.
