A Study on Decline of Tribal Language in Arunachal Pradesh

Abstract Abstract: Language is an important aspect of tribal life which reflects the world view of the tribe, tradition and culture. Loss of language leads to extinct of traditional knowledge. Indigenous languages all around the world are facing a threat of extinction due to several factors. Arunachal Pradesh being home to 26 major tribes and 110 sub tribes is a hotspot of endangered language in the world.
