Abstract	Care Path AI is a machine learning–based healthcare system designed to improve the hospital triage process. In traditional systems, patients often describe symptoms to non-medical staff, which can lead to incorrect diagnosis, improper specialist referrals, and delays in treatment. To address these issues, the proposed system uses machine learning algorithms to analyze patient symptoms and predict possible diseases. Based on the prediction, the system automatically recommends the appropriate medical specialist, ensuring faster and more accurate patient routing. By combining a predictive model with a user-friendly web interface, Care Path AI enhances decision-making, reduces waiting time, minimizes errors, and improves overall healthcare efficiency and patient care quality.
