| Abstract | Induction motors account for over 85% of industrial electrical load due to their rugged design, low maintenance, and cost-effectiveness. This paper presents a redesigned stator winding for a polyphase induction motor that enables multifunctional operation. The proposed motor can run on both three-phase and single-phase supply, and can additionally function as a welding transformer and a phase converter. This design enhances operational flexibility, reduces equipment cost, and improves overall efficiency in industrial applications. |
| Keywords | It has less installation cost. It required less space. |
