Abstract Conventional biochemical analysis workflows for cannabinoid extraction and neurodegenerative protein spectroscopy rely on multiple discrete instruments, resulting in increased processing time, higher contamination risk, and reduced data consistency. This paper presents a unified analytical framework that integrates extraction and spectroscopic analysis within a single laboratory platform. The proposed system combines thermal, pressure, fluidic, and optical subsystems under a centralized control architecture to enable synchronized operation and real-time data acquisition. A multi-variable experimental design was implemented to evaluate system performance using key parameters including temperature (60–78 °C), pressure (3.5–6.0 bar), extraction time (20–45 min), solvent flow rate (0.8–1.8 L/min), spectral intensity (650–980 a.u.), signal-to-noise ratio (30–55), and extraction yield (60–90%). Experimental results indicate that the integrated system reduces total processing time by approximately 45% compared to conventional multi-instrument workflows while achieving maximum extraction yield of 88–90% under optimal operating conditions (72–74 °C and 5.0–5.5 bar). Spectroscopic performance is improved, with signal-to-noise ratio exceeding 45 in optimized runs, indicating enhanced signal clarity and measurement reliability. The developed multi-variable regression model demonstrates strong predictive capability with coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.91, root mean square error (RMSE) of 3.8, and mean absolute error (MAE) of 2.9. Furthermore, the system exhibits high reproducibility, with less than 5% variation across repeated trials. The results confirm that integrating extraction and spectroscopy within a unified platform improves efficiency, analytical accuracy, and operational stability. The proposed framework provides a scalable and data-driven approach for advanced biochemical analysis and offers significant potential for applications in biomedical research, pharmaceutical development, and laboratory automation.
