A Review and Critique of Emotional Intelligence Measures

Abstract The capacity to understand anyone on a deeper level measures fluctuate generally in both their substance and in their technique for evaluation. Specifically, the capacity to understand individuals on a deeper level measures will generally utilize either a self-report character based approach, a witness approach, or a capacity based evaluation technique. In this paper, the estimation and psychometric properties of four of the major capacity to understand people on a deeper level measures.
