Abstract Vyoshadhi Varti Anjana is an ayurvedic topical formulation explained in Bhaisajya Rathnavali Netraroga Adhikara under the context of Timira Chikitsa. In the present era, despite the extensive clinical usage of traditional Ayurvedic formulations, there is a growing need for their scientific validation and standardization. The present study was carried out on analytical evaluation of Vyoshadhi Varti Anjana to establish its physicochemical and phytochemical parameters in accordance with standard guidelines.
