Universal Asynchronous Receiver and Transmiter

Abstract This paper presents the design and implementation of a Universal Asynchronous Receiver Transmitter (UART) communication system used for serial data transmission between devices. The system enables reliable communication without the need for a clock signal by using asynchronous data transfer. The transmitter and receiver modules were designed to ensure accurate data exchange at a defined baud rate. The implementation was tested and verified, showing efficient and error-free communication. This work demonstrates the importance of UART in embedded systems due to its simplicity, low cost, and wide range of applications.
