Abstract Attachment theory explains how early emotional bonds influence adult romantic relationships. Secure, anxious, and avoidant attachment styles can affect how individuals experience closeness, trust, and satisfaction in relationships. Since limited research has explored this among Indian young adults, the present study aimed to examine the relationship between adult attachment styles and romantic relationship satisfaction.
