Abstract This project focuses on analyzing customer opinions on products using Machine Learning techniques. The system collects user reviews and processes the text using Natural Language Processing (NLP) methods to determine whether the sentiment is positive or negative. A Logistic Regression model is used to classify sentiments, and its performance is evaluated using standard metrics. The application is developed using Django for the backend and provides a user-friendly interface with visual representations such as graphs and charts for better understanding. This project helps businesses gain insights into customer feedback and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
