Abstract	The study examines the progress of social and physical infrastructure in Uttar Pradesh over the period 2015–2024, a decade marked by significant policy initiatives and infrastructure expansion. As the most populous state of India, Uttar Pradesh plays a crucial role in the country’s socio-economic development, making it important to assess whether infrastructure growth has been balanced and inclusive. While substantial investments have been made in physical infrastructure such as roads, electricity, and connectivity, concerns remain regarding the development of social sectors like health, education, and employment. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the trends, growth patterns, and disparities in infrastructure development using secondary data and composite index techniques, in order to provide insights for more balanced and sustainable policy planning.
