Conversational ERP in SAP Operations

| Abstract | Conversational ERP — the use of natural-language assistants to query, interpret, and execute SAP business processes — is advancing rapidly from pilots to production. This whitepaper presents a comprehensive governance and control framework: the Read–Advise–Act capability model, an eight-layer SAP-native control stack, four proven deployment patterns, a minimum viable operating model, and a phased implementation roadmap. The central argument is that a GenAI assistant in SAP operations is a governed control surface — not a UI enhancement — and must be architected accordingly. |
