Abstract This study explores the common challenges faced by undergraduate students in their academic and personal lives. The findings show that many students struggle mainly with academic pressure, especially due to deadlines, a heavy syllabus, and difficulty keeping up with their work. At the same time, concerns about the future and problems with concentration reflect the mental stress students experience. While factors like parental pressure and lifestyle habits such as rest and physical activity vary among individuals, a noticeable number of students also feel a lack of emotional support. Overall, the study highlights that academic demands and future uncertainty are key issues, suggesting the need for better support systems to improve students’ well-being.
Keywords Academic stress, undergraduate students, psychological well-being, coping mechanisms, stress management.
