| Abstract | This study examines the impact of NGO interventions on the personal empowerment of women in developing contexts. Based on primary data collected from 200 women beneficiaries, the research evaluates key dimensions such as self-confidence, decision-making ability, self-awareness, and independence using a structured Likert-scale questionnaire. A quantitative approach was adopted, employing frequency, percentage analysis, and a one-sample t-test to assess the significance of the findings. The results indicate a significant improvement in personal empowerment among women due to NGO support, with statistical evidence leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis. The study concludes that NGOs play a vital role in strengthening women’s confidence, autonomy, and overall personal development, contributing to broader social progress. |
