| Abstract | This study examines the relationship between comfort object attachment and emotional regulation among young adults. A quantitative approach was used with 250 participants aged 18–25 years, using OASM and PERCI. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and correlation. The findings showed moderate levels of both variables, with significant age differences and mostly non-significant gender differences. A positive and significant relationship was found between comfort object attachment and emotional regulation, indicating that stronger attachment is associated with better emotional management. The study highlights the role of comfort objects as supportive mechanisms in emotional well-being. |
