Abstract	Increasing digitalization of the stringed instruments has changed how events within our communities are organized, promoted and attended to a large extent. Innovation notwithstanding, many communities still function through fragmented communication such as: emails, messaging platforms or informal social networks (such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Telegram), resulting in inefficiencies/lack of organizational coherence and dwindling participation. The above challenges point towards the need for a centralized and intelligent events management system.
