Level of Job Satisfaction Among Employees of Selected Financial Institution in Dapa Surigao del Norte

| Abstract | This study intended to determine the problem on level of job satisfaction faced by the financial institution in Dapa, Surigao del Norte. The research design employed was descriptive survey where in quantitative methods were used to analyze the findings of data gathered from 52 employees in terms of loan officer and teller staff the use of a survey questionnaire. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and non-parametric test were employed in analyzing the data. Findings indicate that employees generally exhibited a high level job satisfaction, with salary and benefits obtaining the highest mean score, followed by interpersonal relations, while working conditions ranked lowest. There is no significant difference were found in job satisfaction when employees were grouped according to sex, and length of service. However, there was a significant difference were observed in salary and benefits when grouped by civil status and in interpersonal relations when grouped by position in the organization. |
