Abstract The present research explores the impact of Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Generation Z, particularly in relation to their work–life balance. It seeks to understand how these dimensions shape the thought processes of Gen Z professionals in managing personal and professional demands, and how they influence overall productivity. The study further explores how higher levels of emotional and spiritual intelligence contribute to enhanced organizational commitment, thereby fostering adaptable and resilient professionals in dynamic workplace environments. A descriptive and exploratory research design has been adopted to analyse how emotionally and spiritually oriented Gen Z individuals navigate work–life balance. Data has been collected through a self-constructed questionnaire encompassing all three variables, and both primary and secondary sources have been utilized for comprehensive interpretation. The findings aim to support the development of professionals by promoting a sense of belongingness, purpose, and commitment within modern organizations. The study offers both theoretical and practical implications, along with recommendations for future Gen Z professionals, emphasizing the importance of continuous growth, effective communication, and alignment with their evolving workplace expectations.
