| Abstract | This study examined the current state of public library services in Olongapo City fromthe perspectives of library users and key stakeholders. Specifically, it assesses theexisting services, identify operational challenges, and gather stakeholder insights that willinform the formulation of a proposed Public Library Code for the Olongapo City PublicLibrary. The computed correlation coefficient (r=0.792) indicates a strong positiverelationship, suggesting that as the level of service quality increases, the level ofaccessibility and inclusiveness of services also tends to increase. This means thatimprovements in how services are delivered—such as efficiency, staff performance, anduser support—are closely associated with better access to resources, facilities, andtechnological services. The strength of the relationship further indicates that these twoaspects are closely interconnected and may influence each other in shaping overall user experience. In conclusion, the study suggests that enhancing service quality can contributesignificantly to improving the accessibility and inclusiveness of library services, highlighting the importance of integrated service development. |
