Effect of Multimodal Physiotherapy Including Electrotherapy on Functional Recovery After Cervical Laminectomy: A Case Study

Abstract This case study evaluates the effectiveness of a 6-week multimodal physiotherapy program including electrotherapy, neural mobilization, strengthening, and functional training in a post cervical laminectomy patient. Significant improvements were observed in pain, ROM, strength, and functional independence.
