Organizations cannot survive, or at best, they cannot reach the apex of success without a proper leadership style. The media is an integral source of information, and it is crucial for contributing to a democratic society and good governance. The media industry is a mixture of diverse media activities such as publishing and broadcasting. This industry consists of the broadcasting industry in the form of television and radio, the print industry in the form of newspapers and magazines, and the film and recorded music industry.
