| Abstract | This paper examines the impact of Financial Technology (FinTech) on the financial services industry and business operations. It discusses the growth of FinTech and key innovations such as blockchain, mobile payments, digital wallets, peer-to-peer lending, and robo-advisory services. The study highlights how technologies like artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and cloud computing have improved efficiency, transparency, customer engagement, and financial inclusion. The research also explains how traditional financial institutions are adapting to FinTech through competition, collaboration, and digital transformation. While FinTech provides benefits such as lower operational costs, faster services, and better decision-making, it also creates challenges related to cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. The study concludes that strong governance and effective regulatory frameworks are necessary to balance innovation with financial stability and consumer protection. Overall, the paper emphasizes the transformative role of FinTech in shaping the future of business and finance. |
