Abstract This study examined the level of Job Satisfaction and Job Performance of Teachers -In-Charge in Garchitorena District, Schools Division of Camarines Sur during school year 2024-2025 Anchored on Herbergs Two Factor Theory ,the Theory of Performance, Discrepancy, Theory of Satisfaction and attribution Theory .this study aimed to describe the demographic profile of TICs. determine their level of Jov Satisfaction and performance.
