| Abstract | This paper presents a Smart Guard Helmet Module, an IoT-based safety system for two-wheeler riders. The system uses an ESP32 microcontroller along with sensors such as MPU for accident detection and IR sensor for helmet detection. It also includes a microphone, speaker, MAX98357 amplifier, and SIM A7 module for voice alerts and emergency communication. When unsafe conditions or accidents are detected, the system sends emergency alerts and location details to predefined contacts. The prototype provides reliable performance, fast response, and cost-effective implementation, making it suitable for real-world rider safety applications. |
