It is characterized by mental hyperactivity, loquacity, jealousy, emotional intensity, strong sexual drive, and intolerance to restriction. A key feature is emotional duality, with conflicting feelings such as love and hate. Proved by Constantine Hering, Lachesis is widely used in psychosomatic conditions, menopausal complaints, and emotionally suppressed states.
