| Abstract | In the modern business environment, talent retention has become one of the most critical challenges faced by organizations, particularly in the Information Technology (IT) industry. High employee turnover, intense competition, changing employee expectations, and rapid technological advancements have compelled organizations to focus on retaining skilled employees for long-term organizational success. Human Resource (HR) Analytics has emerged as an effective tool for improving talent retention by enabling organizations to make data-driven HR decisions. HR Analytics involves the collection, analysis, and interpretation of employee-related data to understand workforce behavior, predict attrition, improve employee engagement, and enhance organizational performance. Organizations are increasingly using HR Analytics to identify the factors influencing employee turnover, such as job satisfaction, compensation, career growth opportunities, work-life balance, training, and organizational culture. By analyzing these factors, companies can develop strategic retention programs that improve employee satisfaction and reduce attrition rates. In the IT sector, where skilled professionals are valuable assets, retaining talented employees helps organizations maintain productivity, innovation, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage. Furthermore, predictive analytics tools assist HR managers in forecasting employee turnover trends and implementing proactive retention strategies. HR Analytics also supports workforce planning, performance management, and employee development initiatives. Thus, talent retention strategies through HR Analytics contribute significantly to organizational stability, employee well-being, and value creation. This study aims to examine the role of HR Analytics in enhancing talent retention strategies in IT industries. |
