| Abstract | Digital health technologies such as telerehabilitation, wearable devices, virtual reality, and mobile applications are increasingly used in neurorehabilitation to improve accessibility, personalization, and continuity of care. Although these technologies show promising clinical outcomes, their adoption in routine practice remains limited due to barriers related to clinicians, patients, organizations, technology usability, and healthcare policies. Understanding the factors influencing successful implementation is essential for improving integration into neurorehabilitation practice. This narrative review explores the major barriers, facilitators, and implementation factors affecting the adoption of digital health technologies in neurorehabilitation |
