| Abstract | The study on the Self-Efficacy of secondary school teachers in relation to their Change Proneness and Job Satisfaction focus on the survey method is used to collect data from secondary school teachers with the help of standardized tools. In this research, Statistical techniques like mean, standard deviation, correlation, and t-test are applied for analysis. The study aims to understand how teachers’ confidence in their abilities and how it influences and adaptable to change and satisfied with their job. This findings may help in improving teacher performance and educational practices. |
