Assessment of KADIWA Financial Grant Assistance to Farmers Cooperatives and Associations in Kalinga

Abstract	The study focuses on the KADIWA Financial Grant Assistance Program as a rural development intervention for Farmers Cooperatives and Associations in Kalinga Province. This research assessed how the program was implemented among selected FCAs in Kalinga, how operational and sustainable the funded projects were, and how the assistance affected beneficiaries in terms of economic and social outcomes. The study is significant because it provides local evidence on whether the KADIWA grant truly contributes to stronger farmer organizations, improved market access, and sustainable rural enterprise development in the province.
