Abstract This study determined the influence of technology integration on teaching effectiveness and teacher performance among 30 elementary teachers of Gaas Elementary School, Division of Baybay City, Leyte, during School Year 2025–2026. Using a quantitative descriptive-correlational design, the study described the respondents’ profile, level of technology integration, teaching effectiveness, and teacher performance, and examined the relationships among these variables. A structured Likert-scale questionnaire was used to gather data, which were analyzed using frequencies, percentages, weighted means, standard deviations, and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation. Findings revealed that most respondents were experienced teachers with graduate-level education and exposure to various technology-related trainings. The respondents strongly agreed that they integrated technology into digital tools, instructional planning, lesson delivery, assessment and feedback, classroom management, and learner engagement. They also reported very high teaching effectiveness in commitment, independent learning, subject-matter knowledge, and learning management, as well as very high teacher performance in content knowledge and pedagogy, learning environment, diversity of learners, curriculum and planning, and assessment and reporting. Correlation results showed that technology integration had partially significant relationships with selected areas, particularly the promotion of independent learning, knowledge of the subject matter, and the learning environment. The study concludes that technology integration supports teaching effectiveness and teacher performance when used purposefully. A Technology Enhancement Training Program is proposed to strengthen teachers’ strategic, meaningful, and learner-centered use of digital tools.
