| Abstract | This study focuses on identifying the major stress factors faced by working women in educational institutions and examines their impact on professional productivity, physical health, interpersonal relationships, and work-life balance. The research is based on primary data collected from women employees in the education sector and provides valuable insights into occupational stress, academic pressure, financial concerns, and social challenges experienced by women professionals. The study further discusses practical stress management interventions such as counseling programs, institutional support, meditation, yoga, and employee engagement initiatives that can help improve mental well-being and organizational productivity. The manuscript highlights the growing importance of stress management in today’s educational environment and contributes to existing literature by emphasizing the need for supportive workplace policies and healthy organizational culture for women employees. The findings and recommendations of the study may be useful for researchers, academicians, policymakers, and educational administrators.
