International Tourism Can Reduce Outbound Tourism Forex Outflow

Abstract	This study finds that while India’s ‘Dekho Apna Desh’ initiative can partially reduce forex outflow from rising outbound tourism, awareness campaigns alone are insufficient without improvements in domestic infrastructure, affordability, safety, and hospitality standards.
