Abstract A clinical method for fabricating a custom ocular prosthesis for patients with missing eyes. The technique uses heat-polymerized acrylic resin and focuses on accurate socket impressions, iris positioning, and scleral characterization to achieve natural appearance, comfort, and prosthetic movement. Custom painting and simulated blood vessels improve aesthetics, while proper finishing and polishing ensure biocompatibility and reduce infection risk. The procedure helps restore facial appearance, confidence, and long-term functional success.
