Abstract Agricultural labor in America refers to the workforce involved in farming, cultivating, harvesting, and producing food, fiber, and other agricultural commodities. It encompasses a wide range of tasks, including planting, managing crops, and raising livestock. Agricultural labour refers to people who earn their primary income by working on other people’s land for wages, rather than farming their own land. They are crucial to the rural economy, performing tasks like cultivation, harvesting, and livestock management, typically for cash or in-kind payment. They are generally unorganized and landless workers. Works on others' land for wages, no risk in cultivation, Owns or leases land, manages cultivation, and takes the risk.
