Correlative Study of Spiritual Intelligence and Emotional intelligence of Higher Education Student.

Abstract	- An attempt has been made to find out status and correlation between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence of Higher Secondary Education students. The sample for the present study compromised of 100 Higher Secondary Education students selected from Jagdamba education societies students of Arts Science College district Nashik. Random sampling was used for selection of sample. Standardized test of spiritual intelligence developed by Dr. Zaki Akhtar . Standardized test of Emotional intelligence developed by Dr.Vandana Kaushik & Dr. Namrata Arora Charpe was administered to the sample by investigator the independent variable were i)gender ii) faculty (Arts and Science) and the dependent variable was i) emotional intelligence ii) spiritual intelligence. For purpose of analysis and interpretation of data descriptive and inferential statistics technique like Mean,S.D.skewness, kurtosis, correlation and t-test were used. The findings of the study were a) only 21% students of higher education have high Spiritual intelligence. b) Emotional intelligence of female of Art faculty group found higher than rest of science group. C) Correlation between spiritual and emotional intelligence of higher education students is in strong positive proportion
