The Issues of Health and the Social Wellbeing: An Analysis of the Aspects of Social Development in Assam

Abstract Abstract: The conditions of health in a particular national context is the manifestation of the successful or unsuccessful endeavour of the specificities of determined social formation which reflects on the one hand the patterns of living within a particular social system and on the other hand , it helps in understanding the exact metabolism between the society and economy . Health is a bio-product of extreme organic disposition of labour in its capacity to hold the rise of a self interested person who is conscious about his position to handle the availability of the rights to determine their own social choices. When we go upward in societal and political generation of a new faith upon the powers of the state to deliver the deductive contents of the social welfare for all of its agents of representation, there the functioning narrative of the state as ideal categorization of the rights of the individuals conforms to a paradigmatic disbursal of social choices those are thought to be the best forms of practices of a robust democratic reality within the spatial narration of the time. But its opposite could occur in a specific context of the stratagem of polity and its micro-social configuration of individuality when the narration of well being of an individual status is justified from the point of view of essentializing the public help through squeezing out a readymade consent rather than strengthening the bonus of the rightful disposition of the social practices of polity. The matrix or parameters of health in Assam provides a delicate instance of the efforts for individualizing the space of well being rather than harnessing objective process of the metamorphosis from its individual to the perfect repository of social well being as reflection of full force of social development .
